    As a RE/MAX franchise owner, you will retain a percentage of commissions on all sales and charge your sales associates monthly fees for the provision of office facilities, marketing, administrative, and management support. This model is similar to that of barristers' chambers and private medical practices.

    Training and Support: As a new RE/MAX franchise owner, you will attend an initial training program that covers all aspects of operating a RE/MAX franchise in India. The program includes creating the right office environment, building and managing successful teams, and additional courses throughout the year on specific topics such as IT, marketing, selling skills, real estate basics, budgeting office expenses, leadership, recruitment, and retention techniques. The courses are regularly held at the RE/MAX India Head Quarters
    In addition to the initial training program, you will have access to the RE/MAX University which provides on-demand training via Mainstreet, our proprietary intranet system, as well as traditional classroom sessions at the RE/MAX Global Education Center in Denver or video sessions via the RE/MAX Satellite Network. The RE/MAX Satellite Network beams 60 hours of programming each month to subscribing offices worldwide.

    Ideal Franchise Owner Profile Successful RE/MAX franchise owners come from a variety of backgrounds, including experienced real estate agents, property development, financial services, sales, marketing, management, surveying, and conveyancing. We also welcome individuals who are new to the property and franchising industry.
